Candles - PE waxes À-Ñ are widely used as an additive to paraffin in candle production. They may provide the increased temperature resistance and shape retention; improvement in mechanical properties (mainly strength) and hardness; improved color strength, gloss and surface smoothness; enhanced adhesion to glass; aroma retention and oil & plasticizer binding; candle anti-sticking to the packaging and itself; control over crystallinity and shrinkage; easy mold release; increased candle life.
